Event Site Opening Hours
The event site opening hours for this event build are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. during build/derig days.
Event site opening hours for the live event day is 8 a.m. – close.
Any deviation from these times must be agreed in advance with the Deliciously Sorted Event Producer.
Site Parking
There is NO parking onsite and all parking in Aubrey Road is residential parking.
Security & Stewarding
Specific event security will be on-site and we ask that you respect their reasonable requests at all times - e.g. to see accreditation / know who you are and what you are doing.
Personal Protective Equipment
Contractors are responsible for providing their own PPE, as identified in their risk assessments for each task.
Wear task appropriate closed-toe footwear (Sandals, flip flops NOT permitted); hi-vis jackets are required if you are working around vehicles.
If working in high level noise areas, please use ear protection as required.
Manual Handling
Please use manual or mechanical aids (trolleys, pump trucks) and plant (fork lifts, access platforms) where available. Ensure there are enough crew around to assist or that the load is reduced to a manageable weight – this may include unloading equipment before moving it.
Personal Welfare
Drinking water is available onsite - make sure you stay hydrated. Take sufficient breaks and make sure you remember to eat regularly. Do not operate any machinery if you are overtired.
Toilets
Toilets are located in the site cabins - 1st floor. Please use the handwash/sanitiser facilities installed.
Weather
Take extra care in inclement weather and wear appropriate clothing for the conditions.
Signage
Please take notice of all signage, it is there for your safety.
Alcohol & Drugs
No alcohol should be consumed during the official hours of the event.
Deliciously Sorted operate a zero tolerance policy on the use of illegal drugs. If found using drugs / intoxicated while working you will be asked to stop work immediately and taken off site.
Smoking
Please use the designated smoking area, which will be pointed out to you onsite. This includes vaping.
First Aid
Medical assistance is available via the Event Safety Advisor. All fire marshals on duty are medially trained and will help in the first instance.
First aid kit can be found in the Production Office (site cabins).
Please ensure that all accidents/near misses are reported to the Production Office/Event Safety Advisor immediately.
All contractors are required to provide their own first aiders within their team.
