Site Opening Hours
The site opening hours for this event are 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. during set up days.
The site opening hours for Show day are 8 a.m. – close.
Any deviation from these times must be agreed in advance with Revival Productions.
Site Traffic Rules
Site Speed Limit 15mph.
Observe any one way system or other traffic management system in place. Always follow the directions of security.
When reversing a banksman must be used.
Where a beacon is not fitted, please use headlights NOT hazard lights.
Parking
Please park your vehicles in the Production Car Park.
Security & Stewarding
Security will be on-site and we ask that you respect their reasonable requests to make sure your car park passes and onsite passes are viewable at all times.
Health & Safety
Revival Productions intend to create a safe working environment for all
contractors, suppliers, staff, traders and crew. We ask that if you
discover anything that you consider to be unsafe in and around your working
area, you report it to Lisa Ward or the Event Safety Advisor.
Follow your company’s risk assessments & method statements for the job that you are doing. Do not use or interfere with any equipment which you do not own and/or are not trained to use.
PPE - Contractors are responsible for providing their own PPE, as identified in their risk assessments for each task.
You must wear your hi-vis jacket and appropriate footwear during event build/derig.
You must also wear any other PPE appropriate for your job (e.g. hard hat / noise protection).
When working in high level noise areas, please use earplugs provided.
Manual Handling - please use manual or mechanical aids and plant where available. Ensure there are enough crew around to assist or that the load is reduced to a manageable weight – this may include unloading equipment before moving it.
Ladders should be footed or tied off where possible and are for short duration work and access only – no more than 15 minutes
Electricity – power is available via generators which are distributed by the site electrical team. No contractor should connect to the supply without checking with either the Site Office or the Site Electrician.
Groundworks – contact RP Event Control before undertaking any work that requires putting anything in the ground – there may be cables you are not aware of.
Personal Welfare - do not work whilst tired. Take sufficient breaks and make sure you remember to eat regularly and drink sufficient amounts.
Weather - Take extra care in inclement weather and wear appropriate clothing for the conditions.
Signage – please take notice of all signage, it is there for your safety.
First Aid
Medical assistance is available at the RP Event Control. Lisa Ward and Katharine Brindley are the designated first aiders during the build and take down for this event.
First aid kits can be found in the RP Control Office.
Please ensure that all accidents/near misses are reported to the RP Control Office immediately.
All contractors are required to provide their own first aiders.
Event Medical Team will be onsite for event days only.
Alcohol & Drugs
No alcohol should be consumed during the official hours of an event.
Revival Productions Ltd operate a zero tolerance on the use of illegal drugs. Please note that trained Search Dogs will be working on site at each event.
Smoking
Please use the designated smoking area, which will be pointed out on the arrival site induction.
Refreshments
Refreshments for crew will be available at all times in Event Control and backstage marquee.
To reduce plastic waste Revival Productions will be providing a water cooler this year. Please bring your own re-usable water bottle each day.
Toilets
Toilets are located backstage.
Dress Code
We understand that you have a physical job to do. However, we ask that no
ripped jeans are worn. On show days we ask that those with a front of House
role wear black trousers and your company work wear.
COVID-19
Whilst we are now in Step 4 of the Government’s relaxation since July 19th, there is still a need to ensure we maintain certain Covid-19 practices.
Revival Productions therefore request that we all help slow the transmission of the virus and assist in creating a COVID-19 safe environment for everyone working on the Classic Ibiza event site.
“Hands, face, space, fresh air” will apply on site for all. Please DO NOT attend site if you feel unwell / are exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19 or you have been advised to self-isolate by the NHS test and trace or have been in close contact with a positive COVID-19 case.
Health Declaration
Prior to arriving on site, we require ALL event staff, contractors and artists to complete the online Health Declaration. When you complete the online Event Pass Accreditation form, you will be asked to complete this declaration.
Covid-19 Negative status
We also are requesting that you show a Covid-19 negative test result within 24 hrs of working on site. . This can be an NHS self-test rapid antigen Lateral Flow Test with negative confirmation via the NHS text/email. This applies irrespective of vaccination status.
Staff working on site for longer than 3 days will be required to complete another health declaration/show a negative Covid-19 test on day 4. Event Control will notify you on day 3 if this applies to you.
Please note – you MUST do your test off-site before arrival; . there are no provisions for onsite testing at Classic Ibiza.
Face Coverings
Once the event gates are open to the public, it is a Revival Productions policy that the following event staff are required to wear a face covering during the concert:-
All security in close contact with the public – entry, bag checking, searches and pit security
All information stewards working within the arena – Covid status checkers, Covid stewards in the arena, information point staff, merchandise staff
All those working in food and beverage - catering staff, bar staff
All Waste management staff / toilet attendants when working within the arena during the concert
Acceptable face coverings are Type ll surgical masks, FFP2/3.
General Covid Measures
The following measures will be implemented for all event crew, artists and contractors on site:
Social Distancing - whilst not legally required, please make every reasonable effort to maintain an appropriate distance of 2m wherever possible - ensure plenty of ventilation and for closer contact, use screens / face coverings as appropriate.
Face coverings are recommended to be worn inside cabins / marquees and where close contact work is unavoidable with the Covid Supervisor before starting work.

All Contractors and other teams to work within their fixed bubbles and be mindful of social distancing with other groups where possible.
Briefings / Meetings to be held outside; avoid face to face meetings in enclosed spaces where possible.
Minimising the number of people accessing Event Control / Backstage Marquee / Stage
As far as possible, crew should not share tools and equipment/vehicles, but if this is unavoidable then they should be sanitised before and after use. Where possible, fixed use to an individual for duration of the event.
Crew Refreshment area behind Event Control with water and facility to make hot drinks. This will be a covered open sided are with seating will be suitably spaced and with plenty of ventilation.
Sanitise high touch points before and after use.
Artists backstage marquee is limited to artists and stage crew only
Enhanced cleaning will be in place in all shared areas – including crew rest and welfare area
Hand sanitiser stations located around the site; please wash / sanitise your hands regularly
Suspected Covid Case procedures
If you or one of your colleagues develops symptoms whilst on site, please inform you manager and/or Event Control as soon as possible and LEAVE SITE IMMEDIATELY and avoid contact with others as far as possible. If you are off site - DO NOT RETURN TO SITE.
In line with government guidelines, please self-isolate and book a NHS PCR test. Should the PCR test return a negative result, you may return to site (if applicable/possible).
