You can upload up to 10 files. NextPitch Fees:Pitch Fees: £100 + VAT pitch fee plus 20% (inc VAT) of your gross takings on the night. This fee includes max 1 x 32amp power supply, access to a potable cold water tap and your ground rent. Management of grey water is your responsibility for single day events. An IBC will be provided for Ragley and Bowood concerts. Please note that the £100 + VAT pitch fee is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure your place and confirmation of your takings on the night will be required before leaving the concert, so that we can invoice for the 20% of your gross takings. Set Up & Trading Hours: Arrival from: 09:00 Set up ready for inspection: 15:30 Ready to serve: 16:30 (Hatfield: 16:00) Gates open: 17:30 (Hatfield: 17:00) Concert finishes: 23:00 (Hatfield: 22:30) Units permitted to depart from: 23:30 (once the site is clear of audience) We ask all our caterers to be ready from 16:30 (16:00 for Hatfield) to allow the Orchestra members to eat after their rehearsals and before the gates open. Crew Catering Classic Ibiza crew are provided with a catering voucher to use during the evening of the concert. This voucher entitles them to an item off the menu up to the value of £12 (including a drink, if possible), for which we then pay you, the trader, £6. Vouchers will be counted in and collected at the end of the concert and the total amount taken off the final invoice.
