Site Rules

Respect all persons on site.

Members of the public have absolute priority over production. If a member of the public is entering a built area, bring works to a safe stop and advise security.

Leave all welfare facilities as you would want to find them.

Ensure that no fire exits or thoroughfares are obstructed during works.

Do not adjust or alter any electrical supply without the permission of the company in charge of the supply (usually Aquilla).

When conducting working at height all persons in the vicinity must wear hard hats. Wherever practicable implement a localised exclusion zone around the immediate area of works. Under no circumstances must any part of a person end up under a suspended load.

Hot Works are only allowed when in receipt of a valid hot works permit.

Fire Safety

In the event the site is evacuated, the assembly point is:

To be determined by the venue duty manager.

Fire Fighting Equipment is located throughout site, use only if trained / competent.

If you hear the alarm, evacuate to the assembly point.

A Fire alarm test is expected: To be confirmed on arrival.

First Aid/Medical

There is first aid trained personnel on site throughout the event.

A life guard will be on watch during the live period.

They are contactable in the main production area or via radio.

Any requirements for blue light services should be directed through the medical or production management teams.

Asbestos

The venue has not notified the event of any asbestos containing materials within the event space.

In the event of asbestos being suspected, stop all works are report to production manager.

Accident / Incident Reporting

Any Accident or Incidents must be reported to Wonderland & Ondine Beach.

In the event of injury works must stop until permission is given by production team to continue.

Site Access Arrangements

- Check in with production on arrival

- Sign to confirm understanding of the site induction, tasks and activities

- Receive accreditation for full event space access

Other Project Hazards:

• Non-segregated load in.

• Slips, trips and falls:

• Tasks will be carried out on unstable ground, be mindful of your footing.

• In close proximity of open water - It is prohibited to enter the sea during working hours.

• Suspended loads, hard hats to be worn when in close proximity of lifting operations.

• Avoid wandering beneath any work at height activities.

• Other contractors and structures not under Wonderlands control - be mindful of your surroundings
