Insurances

Please upload copies of insurance certificates or Brokers letters valid for the duration of the event.

Contractor Health & Safety Documentation

Please upload copies of your H&S Policy/Statement of Intent, your Risk Assessments (including Fire Risk Assessment) & accompanying Method Statements for the specific tasks, which your organisation will be routinely carrying out at our event site. You may be asked to provide further risk assessments at a later date if you are required to carry out any non routine work not covered in your general risk assessment.

Risk Assessments & Method Statements should be specific to this event and the work you are contracted to undertake.

All Risk Assessments & Method Statements must be dated and signed.

Technical Data

For temporary structures and/or installations on site, such information may include:

• Fire retardancy details for marquees and fabrics used on site test certificates must be to BS or EN standards
• Plans and structural calculations for temporary structures, or summary details of the compliance to current design standards
• Limitations in respect of load carrying capacities
• Safety procedures and design limits in respect of wind loading and/or a weather management plan
• Electrical safety data / PAT certificates for all electrical equipment
• Copies of certification relating to the examination of lifting equipment
• COSHH safety data
• Waste Carrier Licences
• ADIPS Certificate

Competence Certificates

General - Certificates or other documentary evidence attesting to the competence of the contractor for their specific area of works to be undertaken on site (e.g. details of membership of trade associations / documentation attesting to the competence of employees).

Individuals – Copies of certificates or licenses demonstrating competence of individual operatives on site will be required in respect of plant operators, e.g. forklift/ MEWP operatives and first-aiders.

First Aid

The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work.
